Return policy and process

This website does not sell or ship physical goods, so merchandise returns and exchanges are not currently applicable. If the chapel later offers goods, the applicable purchase page should describe delivery, eligibility, return steps, and timing before a purchase is completed.

Refund and dispute policy

Donations are voluntary gifts and generally final once processed. If you made a duplicate gift, entered an incorrect amount, believe a transaction was unauthorized, or encountered another error, please contact the chapel promptly at info@apechapeloc.online or +1 369 215-5045.

Provide your name, date and amount of the transaction, the last four digits of the payment method if applicable, and a brief explanation. The chapel will review the request and, where appropriate, arrange a refund to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your financial institution. For a dispute, contact the chapel so the transaction can be investigated; you may also use any rights available through your card issuer or applicable law. Please do not send full card numbers or security codes.

Cancellation policy

To stop or change a future recurring gift once an online payment service has been connected, use that service's account controls or contact the chapel before the next scheduled charge. A one-time gift that has already processed is reviewed under the refund policy above. There are currently no paid subscriptions or reservations sold through this website.

Legal and export restrictions

Participation in giving must comply with applicable laws, payment network rules, and any sanctions or restrictions affecting the payer or transaction. A payment provider may decline or restrict a transaction under its own rules. No physical goods, controlled products, or exportable services are offered on this site.

Terms and conditions of promotions

No discounts, promotional offers, sweepstakes, or contests are currently offered through this website. If a future promotion is introduced, its page should state eligibility, dates, terms, and any limitations before participation.

Purpose and content

This website shares information about the chapel, its gatherings, Bible teaching, media, and proposed giving directions. Service schedules and ministry details can change; contact the chapel for current information.

Giving designations

A request to support a named giving direction should be discussed with the chapel before payment. Agape Chapel Inc. may accept a designated gift only when it can be used consistently with its charitable and religious purpose. If a purpose becomes unavailable or is fully funded, the chapel should contact the donor when feasible about an appropriate alternative, subject to applicable law.

Receipts and tax matters

Provide accurate contact information if you need a receipt. The chapel can answer questions about its records; tax treatment depends on the donor's circumstances and applicable law, so seek independent tax advice when needed.

Payment and privacy

The Give buttons currently open email inquiries and do not collect payment details. When a payment provider is connected, its checkout and privacy terms will apply to payment processing. Information you send to the chapel will be used to respond to your request and administer church activities.

Use of the site

Do not interfere with the website, submit unlawful material, or use the church's branding without permission. External links lead to services operated by others and are subject to their own terms.
